Offering this 1960 alto sax neck from a Selmer Mark VI alto sax. Serial number on the neck is 87426.
Historically, many original Mark VI buyers selected a MKVI neck that did not come with their saxes instead of the original necks simply because they matched the horn's personality better - or gave them the sound and projection they desired. That appears to be the case with this neck because it arrived with an alto from 1970 - long after Selmer stopped adding the serial numbers to the necks. Obviously, this neck was loved!
