TRADES WELCOME!

This Schilke Bb S42-Series trumpet looks like new!

Designed in collaboration with Jon Faddis, members of the Chicago Symphony Trumpet Section and other prominent musicians of the time, S Series Bb Trumpets offer a different feel for the player. A more cylindrical design, modified tuning slide and soldered bead wire provide a more focused feel and slightly denser “core” sound in comparison to the Custom Series Bb Trumpets.

The S42 S Series Bb Trumpet was introduced in 1983. Jon Faddis played this model for more than 20 years. The S42 offers an efficient design, ideal for the lead player.
