These clarinets are brand new and have been inspected by our trusted Orlando repair technician to ensure there is no damage or leaks from shipping. We work with the factory to ensure that certain specifications are applied to their already-excellent production line. And yes, our repair technician and teachers in the area are very impressed with the build quality.
Speaking of repair - if you're worried about replacing a bent key or brace, rest easy. We have a supply of factory spare parts on hand, so this isn't your typical "buy-an-inexpensive-horn-and-get-no-support-if-you-have-an-accident" deals. We stand behind these saxes. Make no mistake - these clarinets are solidly built using the same composite metals as big-name products. They are really special instruments.
